We like to keep you informed when we make changes to the Terms and Conditions that apply to the ING products that you hold or have applied for. Simply click on the product below and you can check out what's changing or even brush up on the current terms and conditions.

If you have recently applied for one of these products and your application is still being processed, consider these changes should your application be successful.

Bank and Save

Effective 15 December 2025, we're updating the Orange Everyday Terms and Conditions dated 15 October 2025 to:

  • include the terms and conditions that will apply to Click to Pay, Visa's online checkout service where Debit Card holders can make purchases at participating merchants using stored card information. Only active Debit Cards that are linked to an active Orange Everyday as at 29 January 2026 will be enrolled for the Click to Pay service between 2 February 2026 and 28 February 2026, provided the card remains active over this period. For all other Debit Cards, enrolment will occur at a later date; and
  • clarify that an 'interactive phone service' means our 'self-service telephone banking accessed via touch tone phone', and that this service will be discontinued from 1 February 2026.

  • update how you can make deposits; and
  • clarify that an 'interactive phone service' means our 'self-service telephone banking accessed via touch tone phone', and that this service will be discontinued from 1 February 2026.

Credit Cards

Effective 15 December 2025, we're making changes to the Orange One Terms and Conditions dated 15 October 2025 to:

  • include the terms and conditions that will apply to Click to Pay, Visa's online checkout service where Visa Credit Card holders can make purchases at participating merchants using stored card information. Only active Visa Credit Card holders as at 29 January 2026 will be enrolled for the Click to Pay service between 2 February 2026 and 28 February 2026, provided the card remains active over this period. For all other Visa Credit Cards, enrolment will occur at a later date;
  • clarify what you can do via the mobile application, including that you are not able to view additional cardholders, place a temporary hold on an additional card holder's card, or transfer funds to another account you hold with us; and
  • clarify that an additional cardholder can use the mobile application to place a temporary hold on their Visa Credit Card.

If there are any additional cardholders on your Orange One credit card account, please ensure that you communicate these updates with them.

Personal Loans

Effective 15 December 2025, we're updating the Personal Loan Terms and Conditions dated 15 October 2025 that apply to your Personal Loan account to:

  • explain that if you've nominated an ING account to make repayments, and the total amount required to pay out your credit contract is lower than your contractual repayment amount, we may automatically debit that amount from your nominated account on your next due date to reduce the loan balance to zero.
  • explain that we may close your account if your loan balance reaches zero.

Home Loans

Effective 15 December 2025, we're updating the Home Loan Terms and Conditions dated 15 July 2025 that apply to your ING Home Loan to:

  • Clarify how customers can make a change to nominated accounts.
  • Clarify our obligations and your responsibilities under anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing laws (AML/CTF) and sanctions laws.
  • Clarify that we publish notices about changes to certain things on our website.
  • Clarify that an 'interactive phone service' means our 'self-service telephone banking accessed via touch tone phone', and that this service will be discontinued from 1 February 2026.
  • Expand our Privacy Statement to explain how we collect and use biometric data, and automated decisioning in some of our processes.
  • Simplify some of the language in certain areas e.g., ATM Fees and Rebates.

  1. Login to the app
  2. Tap top-left menu icon
  3. Select My profile > Contact details
  4. Tap Edit details

Online banking

  1. Login to ing.com.au
  2. Go to left-hand menu
  3. Select My profile > My contact details
  4. Click Edit
