Get started with your request to discharge your ING Home Loan by completing this form

Follow these steps:

  1. Complete this form
  2. Print and sign the form with ink pen
  3. Return your discharge form to mortgage.discharges@ing.com.au at least 15 business days prior to any planned settlement date

Use this form if you are:

  • Refinancing to another lender
  • Paying out your ING home loan in full or
  • If you have sold your property

For other loan variations including partial discharges or to change the security property on your ING home loan, you will need to complete a Residential Loan Variation Form. To obtain this form please contact us.
