We will guarantee the quality of repairs authorised by us for as long as you own the car.
If your brand new or dealer demo car is written off within the earlier of 2 years or 40,000 km of original registration, we'll replace it with a new one or pay you the amount you originally paid for it if a replacement isn't available in Australia.
Claims can be made online (24/7) and over the phone, without lengthy forms.
If your car is out of action because of a no fault accident, or it was stolen, and we agree to pay your claim, we'll arrange for a hire car for you (conditions and limits apply). Authorised hire car only and subject to availability.
If your car can't be safely driven after an accident, we'll pay for the reasonable cost of towing to the repairer (or closest place of storage).
